I started MADE BY MAKERS 16 years ago. To this day, I am proud and still very much in love with my job. The mix between interacting with clients, the broad selection of products we help develop and having the best makers and designers in the business next to me, make this a dreamlike job. Troels R. Pedersen

The last 8 years I have designed user-friendly and beautiful health care equipment for happy clients. I am a highly motivated and creative problem-solver and strive to solve complex problems with the simplest and most intuitive design solution possible. 

I work holistic with shape, function and construction and I love to work close together with all stakeholders such as clients, engineers, users and manufacturers in order to make the best product. 

Anne K. Jessen

As a part of the Makers team since 2012, I have been working to discover, design and implement new products and services - this with a particular emphasis on healthcare and medical devices.

I am a strong visual communicator experienced in creating digital and physical user interfaces and various graphic design work in relation to product development. 

I believe in design as a discipline and a way of working that can be used to solve complex problems and discover great ideas!

Emil Wegger

During the past 16 years, I have earned a solid track record designing product experiences for both major players and small start-ups within the healthcare industry. Ranging from insulin pens for Novo Nordisk to full size CT scanners for Analogic.

I like the challenge of merging advanced mechanics with beautiful aesthetics and meaningful user experiences. I am a firm believer in teamwork and co-creation between all involved professionals. This ensures that the information, traction and efficiency is at peak throughout the given project.

Charlotte Bech juel

Through my extensive business experience, I have gained an enriching insight into product development and project management as well as business development and operations. I manage to tackle all kinds of tasks from concept-, service- and product development to project management and strategy - and I enjoy contributing with relevant insights and ideas on all areas. As an inquisitive industrial designer, I have refined my skills for spotting and developing conditions for the good user experience. Communication and interaction with people is one of the most interesting things for me to work with - and so I enjoy working with our inspiring clients and my talented colleagues at MBM every day. 

Claus Jepsen

I have 18 years of solid industry experience, from my previous job as Executive Director at Designit I have designed medical devices for a long list of multinational medical equipment and pharma companies. My core area of expertise include user-centered design in medical applications, visual design, design strategy and project management.
